Text of the act

(Considered status of legislation: 1. April 2008)

1. The dates and times of the sittings of the Court of First Instance shall be fixed by the President. 2. The Court of First Instance may choose to hold one or more sittings in a place other than that in which the Court of First Instance has its seat.
